Biz Insight: 9 Billion Euro Success for Audi in Hungary

Revenue of Audi Hungaria rose 7pc to EUR 9.222bn in 2025, the local unit of German car maker Audi said on Tuesday.

Audi Hungaria ploughed EUR 375m back into its business during the year, investing in the integration of the new Audi Q3 generation and installing production equipment for the MEBeco electric motor generation.

Since its establishment in 1993, Audi has invested a combined EUR 13.2bn at its base in Gyor (NW Hungary).

In 2025, Audi Hungaria turned out 1,585,290 drive trains, including 264,871 electric ones. It rolled 200,756 vehicles off the production line, including 128,946 Audi Q3 and Audi Q3 Sportback models and 71,810 CUPRA Terramar models.

Headcount at the company reached 11,430, including staff at the shared services business Audi Hungaria Ahead.

After-tax profit rose by EUR 64m to EUR 368m in 2025, Audi Hungaria said, responding to a query by MTI.
