Silvanus Hotel organised a cheese and special bonbon tasting paired with local wines from around the area of Visegrád.
Smoked chocolate bonbons with sausages, liver, or cheese? At first hearing these compositions may sound a little strange, but it is worth tasting them, especially when thoughtfully paired with beautiful Hungarian wines.
These unique bonbons, presented by Tamás Bárdos the owner of Tomo Bonbon, are specially designed to be consumed with a sip of wine.
A few of the ones offered for tasting were: My Dream (with sausages), Tibi’s favourite (with sausages), Cousin (sweet -bitter), Fabulous Voice (chesnut), The Gourmet (with cheese), Dazzle (with walnuts).
The tasty cheese selection was provided by Hajdú Sajt, presented by Béla Nagy, PR & Marketing Director of the company.
Guests were offered to taste Mediterranean grill cheese, the very unique Kashkaval, and the Grillenyica (Smoked Grill Cheese) among many others.
