Children's Railway
The service is operated by 10-14-year-old uniformed children - except for the engineer - under the supervision of adults. The narrow-gauge railway, with some open carriages, takes about 50 minutes to cover the 11-km route, mostly through woods. The train calls at János Hill, the city's highest point, with the 23.5 metre, four-terraced Erzsébet Lookout Tower. The terminus is Hûvösvölgy, a large meadow - a favourite excursion destination for people living in Budapest. 15 Mar-23 Oct Mon-Fri 10.00-18.00, Sat, Sun 9.45-18.15; 24 Oct-14 Mar Tue-Fri 10.00-16.00, Mon, Sat, Sun 10.00-18.00

Mikkamakka Toy Library
Mikkamakka Toy Library is not a standard baby-sitter or play house, but an excellent empire of toys for the families and their children. Mikkamakka, or according to his other name, Micky Cat, is a friendly and free wanderer cat from Squared Round Forest, and is awaiting the children and the families who are fond of games and adventures. We would like the Toy Library to be a meeting point: so that the adults and the children will be able to pay more attention to each other. And to play together a lot more.
