1. When did you arrive in Hungary and what brought you here?
In 1991, I signed up for a one year expat contract, and prolonged 20 times.

2. Have you ever been an expatriate elsewhere?
I have been in Brazil 7 years

3. What surprised you most about Hungary?
The country and people's resilience: The speed of the economy's turn around in the first 10 years has been amazing

4. Friends are in Budapest for a weekend - what must they absolutely see and do?
Gellert bath, even if no more gender separation and the little apron as the only clothe to wear

5. What is your favourite Hungarian food?
The stews (in winter)

6. What is never missing from your refrigerator?
Goose or duck liver

7. What is your favourite Hungarian word?
Vízibicikli

8. What do you miss the most from home?
The mild winter

9. What career other than yours would you love to pursue?
I have been a veterinarian, an executive in the pharmaceutical industry in different countries, now starting as a restaurateur, I want just to enjoy it.

Any job with politics

French Atlantic coast
