The exhibition of IMAGE SCHEMA - The History of Street Photography in Budapest from the Beginning to Present is based on a selection of old photos from a museum’s archives – the Photo Collection of Kiscell Museum – as well as works by contemporary photo artists.

Israel and Jewish culture will be in focus at this year’s CAFe Budapest Contemporary Arts Festival held between October 6 and 22, the chief organiser said. Programmes featuring Israeli art will include acts by the Israel Ballet, the Avishai Cohen Trio and Avi Avital and Omer Avital, Csaba Káel said.
