"One of the nicest delicacies of classical music can be tasted on 2 July 2010 at 7.30 pm in the Béla Bartók National Concert Hall of the Palace of Arts that is organized on the occasion of Mahler’s 150th birthday. MAHLER’S CITIES will be performed by the Schleswig-Holstein Festival Orchestra and conducted by Christoph Eschenbach in three cities, in Hamburg, Prague and Budapest.

"Rogyion Scsedrin composed his ballet The Humpbacked Horse in 1955. This is the first time this suite will be performed in Hungary. Rachmaninov’s Rhapsody employs the famous theme from Paganini’s 24th caprice.
