7th September sets the beginning of a new era for most of us. We come back from our holidays, start working again and take the kids to kindergarten or school, and the universities get full also. Bottom line: autumn has arrived again. We hope for the weather to be nice so many of you will spend this Sunday with us on Elizabeth square – for the last time this season.

The chief purpose of the exhibition conceived for the 150th anniversary of the artist’s birth is to give a comprehensive presentation of the museum’s own material of prints and drawings. As the earliest sheets in the Budapest collection are from 1892 the exhibition wishes to shed light upon the last decade of his oeuvre (1891–1901), characterised by lively lithographic activity.

"Castling - Hradovanie - Váralás", the show will open at 7pm on 18 May 2013 in the Fiľakovo Castle Museum (Füleki Vármúzeum) in Central Slovakia. As you may know, Fülek is a historical town in Slovakia with a Hungarian majority population about 20km from the Hungarian border, situated in the historical County of Nógrád. It is about a 2-hour drive from Budapest.
