The Best Salmon Recipe For All Seasons

The traditional Finnish loimulohi - glazed salmon cooked by an open fire - is an old but lovely way to prepare salmon, as guests at the BUDAPEST GOURMET FESZTIVÁL 2014 could taste thanks to nU Bisztro. The unskinned salmon fillets are usually sprinkled only with salt and allowed to season for 1-2 hours in a 0-4ºC cool area, but can be rubbed with oil and some herbs like thyme as well.

On May 25 Hungary will hold its election for the European Parliament. The government party opted to hold the national election on April 6 and a separate EP election seven weeks later. There was nothing that would have prevented the authorities from holding both elections on May 25, but such an arrangement wasn’t deemed advantageous to the governing party.
