This autumn, Lake Balaton offers more than just its scenic views — it also delights with a new signature dessert. The results of the 2025 Cake of Balaton contest have been revealed, with the top prize going to "Hableány" "Mermaid", a creation from Promenád Kávéház in Balatongyörök on the northern shore.
