Falk, who had Hungarian ancestry, is very popular in Hungary for his role as TV detective Lt. Columbo. However, there is no evidence that he was related to Miksa Falk, who was a 19th-century journalist.

MOL, as chief sponsor of the project, will provide Ft 122 million of the estimated Ft 250 million annual costs of the system. The remainder will be paid by the city, which will receive the revenue from the rentals.
