Széll Kálmán Tér In Budapest To Be Renovated

Budapest will carry out a Ft 4.8 billion renovation of Széll Kálmán tér, the former Moszkva tér, the city council decided yesterday. Council unanimously approved a proposal on a public procurement tender for the work.
The square’s streets and transport intersections will be upgraded, a cycle path and a bike and ride parking lot will be built, pedestrian areas will be widened, green spaces will be expanded and public utilities upgraded.
