"An international panel of judges selected 200 pictures, the work of 63 photographers from 23 countries, to form the winning set of shots that form the 2010 World Photo Exhibition - on show in Budapest between 30 September and 31 October. Hungarian success was achieved by Joe Petersburger (Szentpéteri József) who won first prize in the nature category.

The five-day event, which began on September 8 in Budapest, advocated athletes’ responsibility to keep the air and water in which they compete as clean as possible.

"The President of the Republic of Hungary Mr László Sólyom has invited The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall to undertake an official visit to Hungary from 17th March to 20th March 2010. Their Royal Highnesses will also be paying official visits to Poland and the Czech Republic.
