The government will launch a French University under the auspices of Szeged University. The new university in Szeged, in south Hungary, will have an annual budget of 40 million forints (EUR 128,000) until 2018. Another 20 million forints will be earmarked for this year by the minister of the Prime Minister’s Office.

Index reported that about 100 police officers closed off Szabadság tér as the statues of an eagle and the Archangel Gabriel were erected.
