Defence Minister István Simicskó said after the event that Hungary is one of the safest countries in Europe but continuous efforts are needed to preserve this status every day.

A patient had to wait 18 hours at the emergency ward of Budapest’s Jahn Ferenc hospital, RTL Klub reported on Monday. The patient and an acquaintance arrived at the hospital at 4 p.m., but had to wait for their turn until 10.45 a.m. the following day.
