A memorial plaque for Hungarian soldiers who gave support to Polish insurgents in 1944 was unveiled as part of a commemoration near Warsaw on Sunday, the Hungarian embassy told MTI. The plaque commemorates Hungarian soldiers who helped insurgents of the Polish Resistance Home Army in the Warsaw Uprising that fought for the liberation of the Polish capital in August-October 1944, the embassy said.
