Hungarian authorities have received a total of 610,000 applications for Hungarian citizenship during the current government cycle since 2010, Deputy Prime Minister Zsolt Semjén said on the campaign trail in Fehérgyarmat, in north-eastern Hungary. As many as 560,000 applicants have already taken their oaths of citizenship, Semjén said.
