Budapest Park recently closed a successful 2025 party period, and will reopen as an ice rink soon. The fourteenth season's visitor numbers reached almost 670,000, which is 7 percent more than last year.

The 22nd Verzió International Human Rights Documentary Film Festival kicks off with a screening of Living Together, Of Course..., a documentary about an Israeli-Palestinian stand-up comedian. This year’s festival runs from November 11 to 19 and will take place in Budapest as well as seven other cities around Hungary.

The Budapest Central European Fashion Week (BCEFW) unfolds from 1–7 September, and will showcase the spring–summer 2026 collections alongside more than 50 accompanying events in venues across the capital, including the National Dance Theatre.
