The new restaurant is scheduled to open in the summer of 2026, located within the luxurious Dorothea Hotel building.

Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global, founded by the multi-Michelin-starred chef and restaurateur, is one of the largest privately owned restaurant groups in the UK. The group currently operates over 30 restaurants across the UK and more than 60 internationally, with locations spanning from London to Dubai, Singapore, and Chicago. The group holds a total of eight Michelin stars, including three stars for over two decades at London’s flagship Restaurant Gordon Ramsay.

The arrival of Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill gives the Dorothea Hotel entry into a globally recognised restaurant network, bringing the chef’s distinctive style and culinary philosophy to the Central European region.

The Budapest Bar & Grill will offer a localised interpretation of Ramsay's concept. The menu will combine his signature international style—featuring classic American and British-inspired dishes—with premium-quality Hungarian ingredients sourced from sustainable local farms. Guests can also expect sophisticated takes on traditional Hungarian favorites.

Ramsay, who was recently seen in the Hungarian capital, expressed his enthusiasm: “Budapest is a beautiful city with fascinating architecture and a rich cultural and culinary history. I am thrilled to be joining this vibrant gastronomic scene with the opening of Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill at the Dorothea Hotel.”
