According to government plans, age limits for truck and bus driving licences would be increased from the present 18 to 21 and 24 respectively. Light motorcycle driving licences will be available only from age 16 and for heavy motorcycles over 50 cm3 from age 24. The new law would take effect on January 1, 2013.
