Hungary's National Media and Infocommunications Authority (NMHH) today approved the merger of the networks of Magyar Telekom, the Hungarian subsidiary of German telecoms giant Deutsche Telekom, and Telenor Magyarország, the Hungarian subsidiary of Norwegian telecoms giant Telenor, within the 800 MHz frequency band.
