On display until 19 August. The respective documentary photos of Wanda Martin (b. 1991) and Gábor Martin (b. 1953) are separated by more than forty years and some two thousand kilometres. Yet the social phenomenon they sensitively portray is almost the same, if the subcultural milieu in question is fairly closely defined.

In commemoration of the 80th anniversary of the Hungarian Holocaust, concert artists will pay tribute to its victims as part of the Festival Academy’s Budapest Summer Festival held at the Dohány Street Synagogue on July 15.

She is currently based in Budapest, where she is pursuing her Master’s Degree at the Ferenc Liszt Academy of Music with Andras Kemenes. In 2022 she completed her Bachelor’s Degree at the Hochschule für Musik in Basel with Claudio Martinez Mehner and Adrian Oetiker.
