The annual Hungarian Film Festival (Filmszemle) has been cancelled again this year due to lack of funding. Last year, the entire event had been fully cancelled for the same reason after the previous year’s event had been organised with very limited funding and without a competition.

The series of 11 concerts on a single day covered a cross-section of the great master's ouevre and exceeded all expectations with its unique theme and atmosphere.
