The Helsinki Committee questioned if the omission was political, but the commentator blamed a technical error.

Wednesday’s session was convened by the parliamentary speaker to debate the initiative of the co-leader of the Dialogue for Hungary party, Tímea Szabó, who wants the law that greenlighted the contested Liget project in City Park to be scrapped.
