The new NATO force integration unit (NFIU) to be built in Székesfehérvár, in central Hungary, will boost Hungary’s security without endangering anyone, Defence Minister István Simicskó said. There is hope for a ceasefire in eastern Ukraine but the situation is still fragile and “we are facing a real war”. Viktor Orbán insisted that he was on the side of peace which is in all Hungarians’ interest.
