Hungary’s National Transport Authority (NKH) has so far issued more than 100 licences for the commercial use of unmanned aerial vehicles, business daily Világgazdaság said. The licences cost 19,000 forints (EUR 61) apiece, while a one-time permit for the use of air space is 3,000 forints.

Kecskemét company Magnus Aircraft has developed a two-seater aircraft powered by an electric engine to be presented at the Aero Fridrichshafen exhibition on April 20-23. The 410kg composite material plane will hit the market in the middle of 2017, when all permits will have been obtained and production capacity will be expanded.

The bonds, offering a residence permit to those who invest €300,000 in Hungarian bonds for at least five years, were introduced in 2013. So far 3,446 have been sold.
