The International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) has ruled in favour of the state of Hungary in a dispute with music radio-station Slager Radio regarding the legal authority of a 2009 decision not to renew the station’s frequency, the National Development Ministry announced on Thursday.

Due to a huge demand Hurts will return this year to Sopron, while thousands are eagerly waiting for the live shows of Nero and Modestep as well. The national media authority NMHH will sign a contract with Klubrádió on awarding the commercial broadcaster a licence to operate as a community broadcaster next Thursday, the authority told MTI. Under the contract, the radio operating now on the commercial Budapest 95.3 MHz frequency will switch over to the community Budapest 92.9 MHz frequency on Feb. 14, the authority said.
