Local up-and-coming designers and artisans will be showing off their creations, for you to browse through and discover. There will also be a rummage area, where you can discover nicely priced objects and items.

The Hungarian government is about to use legal measures to reduce the market share of foreign-owned retail chain stores in Hungary. The proposed measures - which amalgamate related ideas of the past five years - might even shoo off some foreign retailers from Hungary altogether.

2014 Update: It was closed down. Hungary is not the most multicultural nation on the planet. 95% Magyar, 2% Roma, and the rest of us. Around 100,000 Chinese live in Hungary, and Budapest has its own Chinatown, well, a sprawling China-shanty-town. It's a real oddity, and if not the most immediate of local attractions, it is a side of the city that's bafflingly interesting, in a grimy kind of way. ...
