The Buda Castle houses three key institutions, the main one is the Hungarian National Gallery - the Magyar Nemzeti Galéria to locals. The Paloznak Jazzpiknik is held every year since 2012 in Paloznak, one of the nicest villages on the northern shore of Lake Balaton. The event turned from a small jamboree held in the village into a 3-day, 4-stage, 40-concert festival, and from 2015 it became a pillar member of the Nagyon Balaton event series.
