It is always a pleasure when you go to the Italian Institute Of Culture, and the “Kaleidoscopio Italia” event was no different. From the moment you step inside this sumptuous building you feel that wonderful style the Italians are renowned for. The subtle tastes, smells and colours did not fill this vast area but elegantly decorated it.
Renovated Liszt Academy Of Music In Budapest To Reopen Next Week

After ten years of renovation, the Liszt Academy of Music will reopen on October 22, the Ministry of Public Administration and Justice announced on Tuesday. The reopening of the famous institution, founded in 1875, will also mark the 202nd birth anniversary of its founder, Franz Liszt. The academy nurtures the cultural heritage of Franz Liszt, Zoltán Kodály, Béla Bartok and Ernő Dohnányi.

As well as the main event, also available are The Riska Minimarathon, Danone Fun Run and Spar Walking and Family Run which are shorter distance runs giving an opportunity for everyone to participate regardless of age or ability so that even whole families can share in the mad marathon atmosphere.

The Information and Communication Technologies Association (ICT) is to launch an application development contest under the title Appra magyar!, with the aim to create a tradition, the association announced at a press conference in Budapest on Thursday. The organisers of the contest are interested to find the best Hungarian mobile applications in the past over a year.
