Budapest Art Factory (BAF) is pleased to announce the solo exhibition of Nikolas Antoniou - a young, emerging talent from Cyprus. Nikolas spent two months in Budapest as part of the international artist residency program managed by BAF. I was born in Budapest on 15th February 1970. At the age of five I entered the world of high performance sport as a member of KSI – Central Sports School gymnastics team. In 1986 I joined the Postás Sports Club and then, through a scholarship, continued in the USA with the University of Minnesota’s gymnastics team. It was there that I concluded my active career in elite sport.

Budapest Art Factory is pleased to announce the solo exhibition of New York based Korean guest artist, Hosook Kang, who was invited to participate in the artist residency program in August and September, 2016. The vernissage of the show titled In Light takes place on Wednesday, September 14, 2016 from 6 to 9 pm. at the Project Space of the studio complex.

Zsófi spent her formative years in Eger with her two brothers, teacher mother and folk dancer – choreographer father. After taking leading roles in the student and cultural life of the city for years, she continued her studies in adult & continuing education and event management in Debrecen. She moved to Budapest in 2013 right after finishing her master’s degree.
