Kövér Bans Journalists From Parliament

Speaker László Kövér has banned journalists from Népszabadság, HVG and news websites Index and 24.hu from Parliament for an indefinite period, one day after he was filmed ignoring their questions about the spending of funds by the MNB foundations.

The Italian Chamber of Commerce for Hungary is pleased to announce that it has started into a collaboration with Classic Talent Hungary KFT, owner of the Virtuozok format. Virtuozok is the famous format that reached a record ratings close to 34% on national television, the goal of this format is to rediscover classical music in a total new way, involving the emotions of the audience.

Prime Minister Viktor Orbán said that while originally Germany and Hungary had taken two entirely different approaches to handling the migrant crisis, Germany, too, has started focusing on protecting the EU’s external borders. Although they will never admit it, EU leaders are now prioritising border protection, just as Hungary did from the start, he told public radio.

A while back Medián conducted a survey on anti-Semitism in Hungary. It just made its findings public. The document is almost forty pages long, full of tables and graphs, and defies being summarized in a few paragraphs. Here I will concentrate on a couple of areas of the study I personally found interesting and/or significant.
