Ben Hur Live Date In Budapest Changed Again
- 1 Mar 2010 2:00 AM
New dates!
17th of September, 20:00
18th of September, 15:00 and 20:00
Multimedia would like to apologize to the customers for all inconvenience caused by the changes.
Unfortunately the local promoter has no influence on the postponement, the company had all contractual guaranty by valid agreements with the producers and checked the artistic quality of the event made by worldwide famous names of showbiz. The unexpected bankruptcy of the production company is due to the continuously increasing production costs and decreasing incomes caused by the economical crisis.
In this situation, Multimedia has to focus on preserving the credibility of the company without shifting off the responsibility. We kindly ask our costumers to take a few days patience while the discussions between Multimedia and the newly founded production company will be finalized. We are working on getting guarantees for the realization of the events in September.
The tickets remain valid for the forthcoming shows. Of course, if customers feels to loose the faith in this project or won’t be available in September we will refund the ticket price in the ticket offices. There is also an opportunity to change the tickets to any of the Multimedia events (STOMP; Elton John and his Band concert...). For ticket refund request you can download our bank transfer application form available on the e-site of our ticket service www.ticketpro.hu or you can order it by e-mail from info@ticketpro.hu. You can also change the tickets or request refund personally at the central box office of Ticketpro (Budapest 7th Karoly korut 9).
For those costumers who will keep the tickets until the new dates there is nothing to do, their tickets will be valid for the same seats.
We hope that our efforts finally will be fruitful and for the 3rd try Ben Hur Live will happen in Budapest and our audience will have an exciting experience after all.
