'Earth Day Children’s Program', Millenáris, 17 April
"Earth Day (April 22nd) is a day designed to inspire awareness and appreciation for the Earth's environment. It is especially important to educate children how they can protect environment in they everyday life by recycling and saving energy.

10.00–11.00 Baby Steps – folk games, songs and rhymes- let’s go to Fairyland together

10.00–16.00 Baba Bú-Jó – Playroom for tots
Everybody was born with the ability to play, which should be used in all of our life. This valuable ability can be kept and enhanced, so come with us and practice it! In our playhouse children and parents can share the joy of playing together, they can learn new games which they can take home with themselves.

10.00–16.00 Csiribiri handicrafts workshop
Making things out of recycled material.

10.00–14.00 Get digital! Earth Day activities
For ages 4 -12
Children and their parents can learn in an amusing way about new digital applications. They can even produce things to take home. This time children can make photo montage titled My planet, puppets from recycled material which will become the real actor of an animated film using digital technology and their creativity!

11.00–12.00 Aranyszamár (Goldendonkey) Theatre presents: Wass Albert–Strausz Tünde: Book of Woods
Have you ever known that mushrooms do not just grow themselves but Mushroom Makin’ Elves make them? Miraculous things happen in the woods- you only have to know what to look for.
After you have seen this theatre play you will realize that things are just as in fairy tales…

Recommended to anyone from age 4 (playing time: 55 minutes)
