Wine Gastronomic Dinners In Le Bourbon Restaurant In Le Meridien Hotel Budapest
" Highlight event in September is our Wine Dinner on the 16th, Thursday. Chef Laurent Vandenameele has created a 5 course set menu for you to have a truly authentic experience. Exclusive white wines are available to accompany each course. Le Bourbon has chosen as winemaker of the month the Vida Winery, located in the Szekszárd wine region, in the south-western part of Hungary.

Guests may not only taste their excellent wines, but have the opportunity to chat with the winemakers during the dinner.

Price of the dinner is 9900 Ft per person, including water, coffee and wines.

Duck breast topped with brandy-marinated cherry on a bed of turnips marinated in hazelnut oil with ‘duck bon-bon’ on the side

Corsican ewe’s cheese “Brin d’Amour”  served with fig chutney

Pinot Noir 2007

Light coffee and milk chocolate ganache, raspberry brownie and caramel chocolate chips"
