New Law To Ban Street Sleeping In Hungary
"The bill on modifying the Construction Act also includes a ban on improper use of public areas, including sleeping or living in them.

The bill, which can be read on the Interior Ministry's website, allows authorities to take measures against homeless people and authorises local governments to levy fines at their discretion. Public areas can be used only for public purposes such as for access, leisure, sports, demonstrations, erecting statues and memorials and installing public utilities, the bill
states."
