GVH said it found in a probe launched in 2022 that the company made claims in its product descriptions that did not meet the legal requirements or were outright prohibited.

 It also falsely suggested that certain products were available at a discount, failed to display certain information related to consumer reviews and marketed several products without notifying the authorities.

GymBeam cooperated with GVH during the procedure, acknowledge the violations and undertook to introduce a compliance programme, which GVH took into account as mitigating circumstances.
