Workers On Margaret Bridge In Budapest Complain Of Lead Poisoning

"Several workers have suffered lead poisoning while dismantling part of the Margit hid, TV2 reported Wednesday. The employees consulted doctors with complaints of headaches, nausea and kidney ailments, and were found to have excessive levels of lead in their blood.
The company in charge of renovating the bridge denied that the workers had been poisoned. The National Labour Protection and Labour Supervision are investigating, TV2 added. "
