Hungarian MAL Told To Pay Devecser Man Ft 10mn

"The Municipal Court has issued the first ruling in the wake of the red sludge spill, ordering Magyar Aluminium (MAL) to pay Devecser resident Jozsef Konkoly Ft 10 million within eight days to avoid a winding up procedure.
Konkoly had sued the company for Ft 19 million damages after the red mud torrent destroyed his house."
