The New Year’s Eve party starts at 7 pm, including a welcome drink, our gala buffet and the consumption of red and white house wine, beer and soft drinks.
Highlights of the New Year’s Eve menu:

• Home made goose liver terrine with walnut – fig chutney
• Trout galantine filled with crab tails
• Short roasted peppered beef tenderloin carpaccio on ruccola with hibiscus glace and parmesan shavings
• Honey lacquered smoked duck breast with orange filets and hibiscus glace
• Venison pate with forest fruits
• Norwegian salmon marinated ginger and dill, with horseradish mousseline
