State Subsidy For Sports In Hungary To Rise 50%

"The cabinet will increase this year’s Ft 16 billion in state subsidies for sports by over 50%, prime ministerial sports adviser Gabor Balogh announced. He said more funds will be allocated to upgrade and sustain state, local government and other sports establishments.
The Prime Minister’s Office said more funds will be available for competitive sports and leisure sports next year."
