Exclusive Wine Gastronomic Dinner In Le Bourbon Restaurant In Budapest, 19 January
"Do not miss the first Le Bourbon wine dinner of 2012 on January 19th Thursday starting at 7 pm, with the famous Bock winery. Chef Laurent Vandenameele has created a 5 course set menu for you to have a truly authentic experience. Exclusive wines, carefully selected with the help of the winemaker of the month are available to accompany each course.

Le Bourbon has chosen as winemaker of the month the Bock József Winery, located in the Villány wine region, in the south-western part of Hungary.

Guests may not only taste their excellent wines, but have the opportunity to chat with the winemakers during the dinner.

Price of the dinner is 9900 Ft per person, including water, coffee and wines.

Crab mango lasagna, chard and gratin pine nuts with brie, fresh lime-avocado cream

Portugieser 2011

Low temperature braised guinea fowl breast, rice and caper stuffed zucchini cannelloni, corn crispy chips and chili - orange sauce

Cabernet Sauvignon 2008

Vanilla roasted venison saddle, potato and quinoa galette, blue cheese red beans puree, Cabernet Sauvignon jus and pearl of tapioka

Royal Cuvée 2007

Shaved old Mimolette cheese with lamb lettuce salad, crackers of seed and nuts

Kékfrankos 2009

Dry fruit sabler biscuit, ginger white chocolate mousse and spiced sour cherry
