Áron Barka Chef de cuisine and his team lines up a special menu on the wine dinner of ARAZ Restaurant, where we have paired the dishes with the wines from selected wineries of the Villány wine region. Now it is not the well-know ones who play the main role, but rather the quality wines of smaller wineries are emphasized.

Duo of lamb saddle and knuckle with thymed potatoes and corn cubes with sweet potato - Gábor Kiss - Cabernet Sauvignon 2008
Dark chocolate foam from siphon, with fresh figs soaked in wine and with mint pesto - Jackfall - Grand 2006
