Hungarian Election Commission Rejects Referendum Initiatives Of Democratic Coalition
"The National Election Commission (OVB) unanimously rejected three referendum initiatives submitted by Democratic Coalition vice president Tamás Bauer because the party that he represents is not yet registered by a court.

Bauer’s questions concerned bank deposits and the autonomy and independence of the National Bank.

The OVB did not examine the questions as Bauer failed to meet formal requirements.

The OVB said it could have considered the questions if Bauer had submitted his request as an individual rather than as the vice president of a party that is not registered."
