New Draft Criminal Code Ready In Hungary
"The Administration and Justice Ministry will begin social consultations on a new criminal code, having finalised a draft version. The new code will impose harsher punishments for attacks on public officials and those performing public duties, such as teachers and ambulance staff.

Repeat offenders and those who commit grievous bodily harm will receive the most firmest punishment.

The new criminal code will declare that anyone who is attacked at night by a group of at least three armed people may assume that their life is in danger, and would therefore be authorised to put up powerful resistance without regard for the consequences of their actions. "
