Study Projects Fidesz Without Majority In Hungary
No single party would obtain an outright majority of parliamentary seats if voting patterns matched the latest Ipsos poll results, according to a study by the Republikon Institute. Ipsos found that Fidesz would receive 33% of votes, the Socialists 30%, Jobbik 22%, LMP 8% and the Democratic Coalition 4% if elections were held today.

In that scenario, Fidesz would send 98 MPs to the downsized 199-seat legislature, leaving the party two seats short of an absolute majority.

The Socialists would have 66 seats, Jobbik 26 and LMP 9, while the Democratic Coalition would not have any.
