The pioneer of fusion jazz, the musician and composer chosen many times as the best guitarist in the world, AL DI MEOLA will open this year’s FEZEN. The 2011 album, Pursuit of Radical Rhapsody played to the festival goers in August, was made with a Hungarian drummer, and some parts of the material were made in Hungary.
The trash metal fans got what they wanted: the biggest names will play the heaviest riffs at FEZEN, what is more, every band will bring new music to the festival. The Californian legend, the MACHINE HEAD will perform the actual album, Unto The Locust released in Fall.
The Sao Paolo SEPULTURA also put new songs on the disc last year. Based on the critics the Kairos is the most consistent and catchy album since the beginning of the new era in the life of the band, the ’97 singer change. Derrick Green, Andreas Kisser, Jean Dolabella and Paulo Jr. will prove in Székesfehérvár live too that the album receives good feedbacks rightly.
The band melting thrash into folk, the KORPIKLAANI put together a new album in2011, entitled Ukon Wacka, but they have already started working on the latest one, the Kunnia. The new disc will come out in Finland on 18 July, and on 20 July elsewhere. So the audience of FEZEN can be among the first lucky ones to listen to live the new songs of the band."
