Tournament form: Best ball strokeplay in groups of two.

Rules of play: The competition will take place according to the rules of the Royal and Ancient Golf Club of St.Andrews, the Hungarian Golf Federation and the Royal Balaton Golf and Yacht Club.

Latest Date for Registration: Saturday, October 13 at 12.00 noon (if max. of 88 participants for tournament not yet reached)

Cost of Participation: The Participation Fee is HUF 25.000 per person (HUF 10.000 for green-fee and breakfast package, half way sandwich and evening-dinner plus HUF 15.000 for donation to Smiling Hospital Foundation).

The Participation Fee for the Non-Golfers is also HUF 25.000 per person (HUF 10.000 for lessons and games, breakfast package, half way sandwich and evening-dinner plus HUF 15.000 for donation to Smiling Hospital Foundation).

For children under the age of ten years, the cost is HUF 12.500 per child (50% discount).

Time schedule:

10.00 am – “Gun-shot start” for the golfers in the tournament

11.00 am – Beginning of Games and Golf Lessons for the non-golfers

17.00 pm – Dinner and Price Ceremony

Corporate Sponsorships:

“Sale for one day” of each of the 18 holes for HUF 250.000 with following privileges:

a) Two players in golf tournament

b) Banners and other promotional material on the sponsored hole (on the tee and/or alongside the fairway and/or behind the green)

c) Exceptional media-exposure through newspapers, radio and television

d) Tailor-made additional arrangements with a great deal of creative thinking

Golf on October 12 and 14: The owners of the Royal Balaton Golf Club offer a 50% discount for the green fee for the participants, if they wish to play also on October 12 and/or October 14.

Hotel Accommodation:

Csikós Lovasudvar – Reiterhof. In Pécsely (five minutes by car). Room rate: HUF 5.850 (about Euro 20) per person, including all taxes and breakfast. This discounted room-rate only valid on October 12, 13 and 14 for participants of Smiling Hospital Golf Day.

Hotel Silver Resort (four star hotel). In Balatonfüred (ten minutes by car). Room rate for standard room: Euro 32 per person, including breakfast and dinner. This discounted room-rate only valid on October 13 and 14 for participants of Smiling Hospital Golf Day.
