BBC Entertainment Invites Viewers In Hungary To Vote For Their Favourite British Comedies
Over the next month BBC Entertainment is handing over control to viewers across Europe and the Middle East and inviting them to vote for their favourite British comedies of all time. Viewers will be given the power to vote from a mix of 30 programmes, which can be found here. These range from classic shows such as critically acclaimed Fawlty Towers and Blackadder to more contemporary titles which includes the BAFTA award-winning Little Britain and Olympic mockumentary series Twenty Twelve.

The top 10 shows as chosen by viewers will be revealed on BBC Entertainment in a special week of programming in December. From Thursday 27th December at 20:00, BBC Entertainment will count down from the 10th position, revealing which two shows have won their place in the viewer’s hall of fame each night until the ultimate winner is revealed in a comedy blaze of glory with a special double bill on Tuesday 1st January at 20:00. The countdown promises to deliver some side splitting moments of mirth to keep the winter blues at bay.

Voting closes on 9th December 2012, so go online and let your vote be counted. Your favourite could be number one!
