Great British Christmas Market In Budapest, 13 - 15 Dec.

Visitors to The Great Market Hall in Budapest will be in for an extra treat when 'The Great British Christmas Market' opens for 3 days between 13 and 15 December. With the cold weather upon us the nice folks from Famous Grouse Whisky will be offering free tastings at various times over the 3 days. There is also a programme of entertainment at the event, including a Scottish pipe band on Thursday at 4pm, Hungarian comedian Tamas Racz live on Friday at 4pm and the Nick Shovlin Band live on Saturday at 2pm.
The extra stalls and exhibitions will promote the variety of British goods and services available in Hungary.
″We are very excited about this collaboration‶, explained Market Manager Levente Kiss, ″ It is the third time we have included a British Christmas Market alongside the permanent stalls in the market. I am sure it will be another great success for everyone involved. ″
Event organiser Zsuzsanna Bozo from The Caledonia Scottish Bar is once again looking forward to the event. ″ We hope this provides an ideal opportunity for people to come and buy some traditional British gifts for Christmas and to enjoy the unique experience of the Great Market Hall ″.
Opening times: 6am to 6pm Monday to Friday, and 6am to 3pm on Saturday.
