Hungarian Duo To Paddle Across Atlantic Ocean
Final-year university students Levente Kovácsik and Ádám Norbert Szabó plan to paddle across the Atlantic Ocean in a kayak next November. Kovácsik and Szabó, both 24, will attempt to cross the ocean non-stop without any outside help.

They aim to start out from southern Spain or Portugal and to take turns rowing every three hours in their 6.5-metre kayak. Plans call for them to cover 100 kilometres a day and to reach shore in the Caribbean region.

The two will undertake a trial run from Croatia to Italy in the Adriatic Sea in June.
